Event Details

The Catlin End-to-End is committed to providing a range of outdoor activities that appeal to the maximum number of participants, volunteer marshals, and spectators from all aspects of the Bermuda community.
For Walkers
End-to-End (ETE), 40km/24.1miles starts at 8 am at King’s Square, St.George
Middle-to-End (MTE), 24km/14.7miles starts at 10 am at Albuoy’s Point, Hamilton
Fun Walk, 5km/3miles starts at 2 pm at Sandys Middle School Playing Field. Free rides from Dockyard back to parking starting at 4 pm provided by Project Action.
For Bicyclists
End-to-End-to-End cyclists, 8:00 am start at Dockyard
ETE cyclists, 10 am start at King’s Square, St.George
MTE cyclists, 11 am start at Bermuda College in Paget
For Swimmers
10:30 am check in at Watford Bridge (East Jetty) for 11:30 am start. Note: swimming is organised by the Bermuda Masters Swimming Association and is dependant on good weather conditions. Contact 799-9137 for information. This year the route has changed, starting on the jetty on the south side of Watford Bridge, swimming under the bridge and along the northern shore of Ireland Island and finishing at Snorkel Park. The distance is 3600 meters or 2.25 miles.
For Rowers
Start from White's Island at 7:30 am at Whites Island. Please reconfirm start time with Bermuda Rowing Association
For Equestrians
Start on the Railway Trail in Paget at 9:00 am.
At the Finish
There will be entertainment at the Royal Naval Dockyard from 1:30pm-4:30pm featuring live music. The Explorer of the Seas will be at King's Wharf.
Transportation
There will be special buses from Hamilton Bus Terminal to St George at 7 am for $5. Tokens are available at registration.
9:00am ferry will be available from Hamilton to St.George’s, at the price of $15 per person, and bicycles are permitted. Tickets are available as participant boards the ferry. Exact change is necessary.
Free ferries from Dockyard to Hamilton (on regular schedule) if you show your event number.
Sweeper vans will be provided by Open Airways to assist last-arriving participants with transportation to Dockyard.
Other Activities
At the "End" get a free picture of your achievement to take home! M3 Wireless also offers fresh fruit in the Green Zone and a towel to help soothe your sore limbs. Entertainment provided by the Bermuda School of Music Steel Pan Orchestra and Friends of Chewstick
At noon, the Premier will open the Northwest Ramparts which connect the Maritime Museum and Casements (which will eventually house the National Museum of Bermuda). The Maritime Museum will have an open house from 10am to 4pm, including Dolphin Quest, with all sorts of family fun activities.
A visiting group of Harley Davidson owners will be touring Bermuda that day. Efforts are being made to coordinate with them to avoid traffic conflicts.
