Get Ready, Get Fit!

Each year, more than 2,000 people take part in the Catlin End-to-End combining fun, fitness, and support for Bermuda’s charities.
With various sports and routes ranging from 5 to 40 kilometres long, there’s an event for every interest and physical ability.
To help our participants prepare for the big day, the End-to-End provides Get Ready, Get Fit. This 13-week training programme provides safe and effective ways to ensure to you are in shape for the End-to-End and Bermuda’s summer months.

Get Ready, Get Fit was created in partnership with the Bermuda Diabetes Association, the Bermuda Physiotherapy Association, the Bermuda Registered Dieticians, and the Bermuda Chiropody/Podiatry Board.
